Policies and Exchanges

Our product(s) is a completely packaged product(s). They go through intensive quality check procedures before the product(s) are packed and shipped out to our customers. We follow strict guidelines for quality check at our warehouse.

  1. In case any damage found in the product(s), please write to us hello@thepaperbaron.com with proof of defect via photographs within 24 hours of the receiving the shipment. On approval and acceptance of your email and defect by our team, you may return the product(s) along with the packaging at your expense. The returned shipment is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the product(s) using a delivery service that you trust or insures you for the value of the goods. On receiving the item we can process the exchange with a fresh one for you.

  2. If the product(s) you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the product(s) you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent product(s) in its original form and packaging.

  3. If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.

SHIPPING POLICY AND TIME FRAME

 

  1. We take 7 working days to process on order confirmation before initiating a shipment. Shipments by air take 2-3 days and 7-10 days by road depending on the zone of your residence.

  2. Your order will be sent to the address and contact details provided by you on our website www.thepaperbaron.com. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery. 

  3. You can provide us with your GST details which we can include into your Invoice if you may wish to take advantage of the taxation. 

  4. In case you are not the direct recipient of the order (or any other case), do recheck the the destination entered (full address including district, city, state and pin code + contact details) is where the recipient is identifiable; as we do not wish to be involved with the risk in such a transaction due to unforeseen circumstances causing an undelivered order or shipment bounce back to us keeping in mind the value of the goods.

  5. We will be sending you an email containing details of the service provider for your shipment as well as the tracking information within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

  6. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of The Paper Baron. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

We are not supporting any cancellations or refunds of orders made through our website www.thepaperbaron.com, only exchange of product(s) is possible on writing to us : hello@thepaperbaron.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

 

  1. For any orders outside India , please write to us on hello@thepaperbaron.com and we can have your request processed for you. Please note there will be variations in pricing for any international purchase (outside India).

  2. The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping on this website depends on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent.

  3. Free shipping is offered to only customers in India*. For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.
